1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

  • Refunds are provided for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Perishable items cannot be returned unless they were received in a damaged or unusable condition.

2. Return Process

  • Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@greensiland.com.

  • If eligible, a replacement or refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • Customers may be required to provide photographs of the damaged or incorrect items to expedite the process.

  • Returns must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Opened or used products may not be eligible for returns unless the product was defective upon arrival.

3. Order Cancellation & Refunds

  • Orders canceled within the allowed timeframe are eligible for a full refund.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed after verification.

  • If a refund is delayed beyond the mentioned timeframe, customers can contact support@greensiland.com for further assistance.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain categories of products, including perishable goods, personal care items, and customized products, are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged.

5. Exchange Policy

  • If a customer receives a defective or incorrect item, they may request an exchange instead of a refund.

  • Exchanges will be processed only if the requested item is in stock. Otherwise, a refund will be issued.
