1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
Refunds are provided for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Perishable items cannot be returned unless they were received in a damaged or unusable condition.
2. Return Process
Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@greensiland.com.
If eligible, a replacement or refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Customers may be required to provide photographs of the damaged or incorrect items to expedite the process.
Returns must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Opened or used products may not be eligible for returns unless the product was defective upon arrival.
3. Order Cancellation & Refunds
Orders canceled within the allowed timeframe are eligible for a full refund.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed after verification.

4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain categories of products, including perishable goods, personal care items, and customized products, are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged.
5. Exchange Policy
If a customer receives a defective or incorrect item, they may request an exchange instead of a refund.
Exchanges will be processed only if the requested item is in stock. Otherwise, a refund will be issued.
